Return Process

  Log into your Ausom account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective gear is properly cushioned.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
